[6] Non-transferable licenses are owned by individuals for personal use.   They can be used on team projects where all developers also have Indie licenses, but they cannot be used on projects which use Professional or higher end licenses.
[7] Additional seats can be purchased for Studio Source and Enterprise Source editions, if needed, at Professional edition pricing.   The number of licensed developers which are allowed access to the source code is specified.

Trial Use and License Activation

After purchasing a license, you can activate your installation (for a single developer, on 1 machine, or 2 if requested) by starting up the toolset (after installing the free trial) and then entering the user name and password of the account on this website you had used to purchase your license.
